Let’s Talk About Your Retirement

Most of us spend or have spent much of our energy working toward retirement. So many of our decisions are directed toward managing those golden years. We dream of traveling, golf, hiking, and vacations.

The problem is that we tend to focus only on the financial aspect, making sure we have the money to do those things. I get that. But what I consistently see is people who’ve done that tend to forfeit the most important thing – and that is taking care of their own body. We tend to think “oh, I’ll take care of my body once I get the time and money saved up.”
Well, investing in your future whether it’s financial or physical, takes discipline and sacrifice. It’s not easy. They say the best time to start planning for your future is when you are young. That’s true, financially and physically.

Why wait to invest in your health? What good is it to have the means but not have the ability to enjoy the fruits of your labor?
It usually starts in your sixties for some earlier and for most after that. But at that point trying to stay ahead of your aches and pains becomes a full-time job. You end up spending all of your time seeing doctors and making appointments for more doctors and therapists. It’s not fun and it’s something that you didn’t think would happen to you.
There is good news. You can almost always improve. However, it’s not always easy. Sometimes it feels like a full-time job trying to stay ahead. But it’s such a great feeling when you know you’re getting better and feeling younger.

My point is – don’t wait until it’s too late! It doesn’t really take that much time. In our program, it takes only about an hour per week to improve your physical well-being. Almost everyone sees some type of positive results within the first month.

Make sure you’re physically as well as financially able to enjoy your retirement. Call 602-230-8581 now to set up a short consultation with me,
