The minimum age for personal training is 14 years. There may be exceptions to this depending on the physical and mental maturity of the child.
Yes, BRFS offers an eating plan that is recommended but not mandatory. BRFS’s cutting edge philosophies on nutrition can be presented in a private consultation or by purchasing a copy of The Fitness Puzzle by Bill Ross.
No, all of the trainers have been trained and certified to teach the programs created by Bill Ross Fitness Solutions. Any BRFS trainer can take any client through their specific program. This allows the client to remain consistent in their training regardless of which trainers are available.
No and Yes. This is all one-on-one personal training by appointment. You will have a trainer with you at all times. However, we have created a “hybrid” program in which the client receives 3 one-on-one personal training sessions whereby we teach the client how to perform the exercises and how to use the equipment. The remainder of the program the client is own their own with supervision from the BRFS staff. If you are a current client you are permitted to use the cardio equipment during normal business hours.
No, BRFS does not offer day care, but if your child is old enough to sit in the unsupervised waiting area, they are welcome.
Yes, BRFS can help clients gain healthy muscle weight. However, BRFS cannot help someone gain an excessive amount of muscle weight usually associated with body building.
No, BRFS does not require memberships or contracts. Each program that is offered is either 12 or 18 sessions in length whether you do one program or hundreds of programs. At the end of each program, you decide whether you want to continue training or not.
