Getting Better May Not Be as Hard as You Think!

Most people convince themselves that the mountain is too high to climb so they never even attempt it. Fitness seems to be that way too. “I’ve got to spend hours every day, starve myself and eat things I don’t like”. Does this sound familiar?

Look, I’ve been doing this fitness and nutrition thing for close to 40 years. By now, I think I’ve heard it all.

I want to tell you that the mountain is not as high as you think. I’ve trained thousands of people just like you. I’ve shown them how easy it can be. Honestly, just 2-3 thirty-minute sessions per week and within a month you will notice big differences. Especially in your ease of movement and energy levels.

We created our 30-minute workout concept back in the 90’s. Probably one of the first to do so. People thought we were crazy. How can only 30 minutes 2-3 times a week possibly work? And now – 30 years later – everyone is offering a 30-minute workout. However, I promise you they are not all the same. Our average results are a dramatic improvement. Typically, an average of at least 50% strength gain (without bulky up) and 3-5% loss in body fat. That’s in only 6 hours of actual training (this is usually achieved in 4-6 weeks).

I understand that this sounds too easy and good to be true. So, I’m inviting you to schedule a free short consultation to explain how and why this works so well. And I promise that I won’t ask you to sign up or commit to anything at this consultation. I always recommend going home first to give it more thought.
