An Exercise Program That Is Appropriate For YOU!

One of the things I’ve learned over the years about exercise is that it’s age-dependent. What I mean is that you can’t train everyone the same way. Exercise should have a purpose and be done in a way that’s appropriate for that person and age group. Your body is always changing. It’s either growing or declining, and your exercise program should reflect where you are on the age continuum. Why do I say that? Because typically, the older a person gets, the longer it takes to recover from the exercise. This is due to many variables, but mostly due to food absorption, rest, genetics, and past injuries or illnesses.

I’ve trained the best athletes in the world, young kids and 93-year-olds. All with great success. I know it might sound simple, but you’d be surprised at how few trainers can think this way. The bottom line it’s about stimulating a person’s body enough to grow without tearing it down further than it can recover by the next workout.
So, if this makes sense to you or even if it doesn’t and you want to learn more . . .
