If You Could Go Back In Time
May 11, 2026
If you could go back in time, what would you do differently? Obviously, all kinds of things, but let’s keep this more specific.to your health and fitness.
By the time you reach 40, you’re starting to feel the effects of the things you did earlier in your life. And as you get older, you feel it more and more. Soon, you’re having hips and knees replaced. More and more surgeries. And before you know it, you’re spending all of your time in physical therapy or you just give up and deal with the pain.
Here’s the thing . . .we all know that when we’re young, we feel invincible. “That’s never going to happen to me.” Sound familiar? But here’s the thing . . . all those things that we did when we were younger molded us in to who we are today, good or bad. We learned to challenge ourselves and overcome obstacles and fears. So, it wasn’t all bad. But now you’re left with the aftermath.
At Bill Ross Fitness Solutions, we understand this and work with people who have all kinds of issues. We are not technically physical therapists. However, we incorporate a lot of physical therapy techniques – if needed. We work with your whole body, not just the affected areas. Many of our clients have chosen us to do all of their rehabilitation needs. Mostly because it’s all-inclusive and time-efficient. Exercise, stretching and nutrition. Most clients call it a “no brainer”.
In addition to helping people recover, we’re known for having the “most efficient workout,” period.
Many of our clients now send their children to learn how to exercise properly so they don’t end up with problems down the road.
Bottom line . . . we are different. Experience Matters!
