Can You Train Yourself?

Are you a good candidate to train yourself? So, here are a few things to consider if you’re working out on your own or are considering trying to save a few bucks by doing it yourself.

1. Do you really know what kind of condition you’re in currently. Some people are better than they think and some are worse than they think.

2. If you currently have a problem . . . do you know how to rehab it or at least how to avoid making it worse?

3. Do you know where to start? Which exercises, how much weight and how many reps?

4. Do you know when and how much to increase your weight and reps?

5. Do you know when it’s time to change your routine?

6. Do you know how long your workout should take?

7. How many days a week is right for you?

These are just a few things to consider. It doesn’t mean you can’t do it on your own. All it means is that there’s a lot to consider if you want to be efficient and maximize your effort and time, and reduce your risk of hurting yourself.

So, if you want to feel better and turn back the clock on aging . . . maybe you need help. At some point, time becomes more and more valuable. Don’t waste yours.
